Warranty
While we make every effort possible to thoroughly test and inspect parts before posting them for sale, there still may be the occasional issues.
Duration
Most of the items sold on shcarparts.com have a 60 days warranty that begins on the date that the item is received by the buyer. This warranty ensures that the item will function as intended from the factory during the warranty period, with the exception of any defects or issues with an item as stated in the product listing.
Please contact us immediately if you are having an issue with an item that is under warranty.
Conditions
An item must be installed by a certified mechanic or by dealer. A proof/receipt of work is required for the Warranty to take effect.
Electrical components, such as computers, engine control units (ECU), Engine Contol Monitors (ECM), Communication Modules, do not carry a warranty.
Drivetrain components will be void of warranty if installed on vehicles with aftermarket tuning or significant power upgrades, such as turbochargers, superchargers, etc.
Attempting to repair or make modifications to an item will void any warranty.

If you have questions or concerns regarding an item and need assistance, please call or text us: 917-412-3022. For any warranty claim, it is at our discretion to supply a replacement item of similar or better condition, or a refund if a replacement cannot be supplied.
Shipping-Related Issues
If your item has arrived damaged, you are having a shipping issue, or if this is related to any item that was shipped via Freight Service, please refer to our Shipping page.
Refunds
For most of our items, shipping is included in the price. You will be refunded the purchase price less our shipping costs as soon as the item is returned to us.
An item must be returned in its original condition in order to qualify for a refund. Any sign of tampering or attempts to disassemble or alter the part will make an item ineligible for refund.
You are responsible for shipping the item back to us at your expense, as well as any shipping issues that may occur, such as a lost item or an item being damaged in shipping. Please insure the return shipment.
Other conditions
No labor, diagnostic, or towing costs will be covered under warranty.
This warranty is non-transferrable, and is only applicable to the original purchaser.
