Return Policy

This policy applies to the following cases:

• An item was ordered by mistake
• You no longer want the item

For returns referring to other reasons (defective products, items damaged by the shipping provider, or defective in another way), please refer to Warranty and/or Shipping.

Eligibility for Return

We accept returns of all parts, except electronic parts, such as computers, engine control units (ECU), Engine Control Monitors (ECM), Communication Modules.

Important: an item must be returned in its original condition in order to qualify for return. Any sign of tampering or attempts to disassemble or alter the part will make an item ineligible for return and refund.

Return window

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

How to Return an Item

To return a product and/or request a refund, call or text us: 917-412-3022.

We accept returns in-store (593 N 3rd Street Newark NJ 0710), as well as by mail or via shipping providers.

Important: you are responsible for shipping the item back to us at your expense, as well as any shipping issues that may occur, such as a lost item or it being damaged in shipping. Please insure the return shipment.

Refunds

A refund is initiated immediately after we receive the item from you.

Important: an item must be returned in its original condition in order to qualify for return. Any sign of tampering or attempts to disassemble or alter the part will make an item ineligible for return and refund.

Cancellations

All cancellation requests must be placed before an item has been shipped. Once an item has shipped, the order will no longer be eligible to be canceled.

For local pickup orders, after 14 days from when the order is placed, it will no longer be eligible to be canceled. Cancellations will not incur any cancellation or restocking fees, as long as they are requested on time.
